1- General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement to use www.rssolutionsnumeriques.com and www.rssolutionsnumeriques.ca website and the services of it owners: RS Solutions Numériques. This contract is concluded between the manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher" and any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User" on the site www.rssolutionsnumeriques.com and www.rssolutionsnumeriques.ca, hereinafter referred to as "the Site". The Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the User and his access to the site constitutes the acceptance of these conditions at the present time. Via the site, the User has access to informative content about the services of RS Solutions Numériques, article from the blog, and the possibility of receiving emails via a subscription list. Any Users with Internet access can visit this site free of charge from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access this site (Internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher. The User must provide personal information for billing purposes to proceed with the use of a service from RS Solutions Numériques agency, which resulting of a consultation between the User and RS Solutions Numériques, an estimate of the service costs produced by RS Solutions Numériques, and an acceptance of the service contract by the User. Following the signature of the service contract, an exchange or the creation of user(s) with administrative rights on the digital tools required in order to execute the contractual requests may occur. All information and data required to execute the tasks are confidential. The subsequent data of a contract and its billing for a service rendered by RS Solutions Numériques are kept in a highly secure place for the period required by Canadian laws. For the purpose of subscribing to the mailing list, the User's email address may be used by the Publisher for the communication of various information and the management of the account. No other information, other than the email will be requested in order to subscribe to the email distribution service from the Publisher. For the purpose of analyzing the performance of the site and in order to improve the visitor experience, location data, data from external applications that the User has used to access the site and data from various web technologies (cookies, history, pixel tags, tags, etc.) are collected. If the User wishes to block access to this information, he can disable cookies from the site via his web browser.

12- Data sharing

Employees: RS Solutions Numériques agency may share the data of a User who has contracted the use of its services to any member of its organization who reasonably needs it to achieve the objectives of the contract. RS Solutions Numériques may also transmit data to a third-party service in accordance with those engaged by RS Solutions Numériques in order to respond to a contractual request. Such third-party services have previously agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including this privacy regulation, and will access to the data reasonably necessary to fulfil the objectives of the contract. Subscription: the email of the User who agrees to join the subscription list from the Publisher via the site can be shared with an email sending platforms (Mailchimp). The User may choose to unsubscribe from the mailing list by himself using the unsubscribe link in each email. The User may also contact the Publisher to request to be unsubscribed, or for more information.

13- Commitment to data protection

The Publisher and all employees of RS Solutions Numériques commit not to sell or share the personal data, except in the following cases:
